Endorphins The Best Drug Ever for Health

Endorphins are made by our own body, have little chance of being criminalized due to difficulty in regulation, and this super drug is easily created by four simple tasks we control; laughing, sex, eating, and exercise. So why aren’t we getting endorphin high all the time(dude)? For today’s discussion we are going to focus on exercise because it is a lasting buzz, that we aren’t reaping the benefits. Why don’t exercise when the result is so awesome? When you want to get the endorphins running what’s your favorite activity (out of the four), how much time do you spend, and how often? Mental Disease, Obesity, and Diabetes, do we have a no side effect drug for you…

Exercise for Health Alone, Nah

Unfortunately health alone is not motivation enough to exercise. Getting in shape, staying in shape, finding time, and making it enjoyable has its challenges to say the least. Physical exercise comes in many forms and provides many benefits; 1) We look good (self-esteem), 2) We feel good (allowing us to deal with the world around us reducing stress), 3) We are healthier (our immune system gets stronger), 4) We become more productive and have more energy. Yet the later four examples is not motivation enough, why? Funny we live in a time and in a country that has all the greatest modern conveniences, medicine, and wisdom, yet we are the most obeseand highest in preventable diabetes in the WORLD. Endorphins are a great motivation that need to be discussed as a benefit of exercise, after all endorphins provide pleasure, a sense of wellbeing, Health Care President Barack Oba...euphoria, and a natural appetite suppressant, yet this very legal and very cool drug is easily replaced by a plethora of others with less beneficial effects, some have side effects that will kill you, (just listen to the TV ads). It also seems most of our health care dilemma would be solved if we just ate better and exercised, so why don’t we? Let me know your thoughts and what do
